Sandwich Cookies

We also jazz up all of our cookies as sandwich cookies, though we don't recommend making the shortbread cookies as a sandwich.  We offer all American vanilla buttercream, chocolate buttercream, peanut butter buttercream, and coconut, lime buttercream (great with The Ricky Ricardos) as the filling for our sandwiches.
