In order to protect both you and us, we are providing you with some FAQs and some policies for you to peruse should you be interested.
FAQs
Allergens
Though we are vigilant about preventing cross contamination, we work in a kitchen where wheat, gluten, peanuts, and other allergens are used. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our products. However, ingredient lists are available, upon request, for any menu items.
Ordering Lead Time
We recommend 72 hours (3 days) notice for an order during the week and 96 hours (4 days) for Saturday orders however, it depends on the time of year and what you are wanting to order. Graduation season and major holidays are busier. When in doubt, please feel free to call or email us (919) 267-3574 | lucysbake@proton.me.
Order Pickup
We have several locations designated for picking up your order that ensures both your and our safety. At the moment, for Cary, we are dropping off your orders on Academy St near the fountain.
For Greensboro, we are dropping off your orders outside the Harris Teeter at the Friendly Center.
Policies
Privacy
To view our privacy policy, please click here. Additionally, we have no intention of ever selling your data. We don't sell it and we wouldn't know how even if we wanted to but we have also provided a way for you to specifically request that we do not sell your data. You can find that option in the footer of every page, though you should only need to click it one time.
Cookies
As a bakery, we love cookies but not all cookies are the same. We will put something here about cookies.
Cancellation
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to pickup.
