There's an argument to be made that Fats Domino was thinking about this pie when he wrote the song, "Blueberry Hill". It's not a good argument but still.
We have tried many blueberry pies and most of them are simply overpowered by the taste of lemon. We do add a little lemon in this pie to brighten up the flavors but we wanted the attention to be on the blueberries and we do believe you will find your thrill with this pie!
